I absolutely LOVE their Tonkotsu Ramen! Their broth is so flavorful. I think it's the closest in flavor I've had to a Ramen place I had tried in Tokyo, Japan. I STILL dream of that place! So that says a lot! Lol
I've been to most all the popular ramen shops across LA. But Silverlake Ramen is still my favorite. ʕ•ع•ʔ Their creamy broth is amazing. Making me seriously addicted to their ramen. It became my soul food because their unique rich&thick broth is super tasty. I drove to Van nuys from DTLA, getting super excited to try this new place. Of course, it was worth driving! Not only the flavor, Servers greeted us with warm smile . They were attentive, accommodating, welcoming and fast. Great hospitality! The food came at right time even though there was some waiting. I ordered truffle ramen with pork, gyoza ,karaage chicken and mushrooms. They were all super delicious. Got me on cloud nine. The truffle broth was garlicky( I love garlic), creamy and rich. Plus, I felt like they put extra truffle oil than other locations. (Yeah, i could tell it) The karaage chicken was so tender & juicy in inside and crispy outside! The mushrooms were an unexpected treat too. I love their new interior design and awesome trendy vibe. o · o It was a Fun dinner : ) This will be the spot to fix my ramen craving! I sure know that I'll be back for some more yummy appetizer and ramen. ʕ•ع•ʔ
Finally went ahead and tried out this location with my girlfriend and I have got to say, wow. I don’t know how else to describe it other than delicious, plain and simple. The tonkotsu ramen was some of the best I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot. Rich and creamy while not being too heavy, all around great. The staff were also so kind and helpful, shout out to Amberly, she was very patient with us and her service was quick and friendly. One of the friendliest and most helpful servers I’ve had in a while. My girlfriend ordered the chicken Karaage and loved it, good crunch, very juicy and tender, we’ll definitely be making this our go-to. All in all, the bill came out to about 35, which for the freshness of the food, definitely a steal.

Tried this location out. Nice place, place is kept clean Servers are nice, friendly and professional. I ordered the Blaze Ramen combo with Krarage chicken for 20.50 Medium heat, the Blaze ramen with Pork was excellent! The chicken karate was delish, I dipped it in the ramen broth even though it came with its own sauce. Nice place to bring a date.
My new favorite Ramen place! The Garlic Truffle Ramen with pork is outstanding...flavorful, rich, filling, but not too much of anything, just right...yummy. Very friendly and efficient service and they have beer and sake.
From the quick and efficient service to the delivery time of the food to the table to the quality and taste of the food itself: 10/10. It's as if the servers already know you need something before you even ask. I have never been to a restaurant where you don't have to wave a server down, but instead you simply make eye contact with them, and they come to you promptly. Portioning of the ingredients was perfect. I am not the type of person to ever see the bottom of my ramen bowl--but, wow, their creamy classic broth was so good, I did not need to ask for a to-go box, in fact, my husband and I finished e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. I chose chicken as my protein, and it wasn't dry or rubbery with anm synthetic flavor like most ramen places we go to. The chicken karaage appetizer was amazing. The outside was super crisp while the inside was nice and tender (the way karaage should be).
